1. Who we are
This website is operated by Creative Hospitality Design & Manufacturing Ltd ("Creative Hospitality", "we", "us"), the company behind the Fourier tableware range. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Our registered address is below.
Creative Hospitality Design & Manufacturing Ltd124 City Road
London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Company number 16169183 · info@fouriersustainable.com
2. What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data:
- Enquiry details you send us by email — your name, company, role, sector and the description of your project.
- Contact records if you email us, including the content of your correspondence.
- Technical and usage data — anonymised, aggregate analytics about how the site is used (see "Cookies and analytics" below). We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not build a profile of you.
3. How and why we use it
We process your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry, provide specification packs and documentation, and discuss supply;
- manage our relationship with you as a prospective or existing business customer;
- understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running our website. Where we later contact you about products and services, we do so in line with applicable direct-marketing rules.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cookies to track you across sites or build an advertising profile. This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice added.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you — for example our website host (Vercel) and our email provider — and where we are legally required to. These providers act on our instructions under appropriate data-processing terms.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, and delete or anonymise it no later than 24 months after our last contact with you.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact info@fouriersustainable.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
