Marine bio-mineral source: an oyster reef in clear coastal water

What is Fourier

What is Fourier.

A bio-composite engineered from reclaimed marine bio-minerals and GRS-certified recycled polymers, designed first as a material, then expressed as tableware.

01

Composition

Engineered, not blended.

The composition is fixed, traceable and audit-ready. Every batch ships with its specification, so a procurement team can defend it without a follow-up email.

Fourier is built from more than 70% reclaimed marine bio-minerals: refined, calcium-rich mineral content reclaimed from ocean-waste streams under chain-of-custody, bound with GRS-certified recycled polymers and a food-contact-grade stabiliser package.

Mineral fraction, polymer lot, certification references: each is recorded against the batch. The material is the spec, and the spec travels with the order.

The process

Ocean waste to surface, in five steps.

Reclaimed at source, refined to a consistent feedstock, compounded to a fixed specification, formed, and verified before it ships.

Step 01

Reclaim

Calcium-rich ocean waste captured under chain-of-custody, diverted from landfill at source.

Step 02

Refine

Cleaned, milled and graded into a consistent calcium-rich bio-mineral feedstock.

Step 03

Compound

Blended with GRS-certified recycled polymer and food-contact stabilisers to a fixed specification.

Step 04

Form

Moulded into bowls, plates, GN dishes, mugs, trays and cutlery.

Step 05

Verify

Independently tested, documented, and shipped with the full compliance file.
